Isn't Bomart your competitor?

Bomart Integrated Services Ltd operates in Lagos & Ibadan. If your distribution territory doesn't overlap, we'd love to license you the platform. If it does, talk to us about a structured arrangement — we've thought about this.

How fast is onboarding?

For Starter and Growth: typically 1-2 weeks. We migrate your customer list, set up your zone pricing, configure your staff users, and run a side-by-side parallel for one billing cycle. Enterprise is 4-6 weeks because of the custom integrations.

What about my existing data — invoices, customers, prices?

We migrate CSV imports for customer records, opening balances, historical invoices, and bank statements. Most LPG distributors today use Excel + WhatsApp; we've built importers for both. Bring whatever shape your data is in and we'll convert it.

How does the customer portal work?

Your customers visit a branded URL (e.g. portal.your-company.com), enter their phone number, and receive a 6-digit code via WhatsApp. They see their balance, recent deliveries, statements, and (Q4 2026) can place self-service orders. No app to download, no password to forget.

What if Bomart Platform shuts down?

Your data is yours. Every plan includes one-click full data export (CSV) and signed JSON snapshots. If we ever decommission the platform, you get 90 days notice and a full data dump in standard formats.

Is my data secure?

Hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase), tenant data isolated per-customer, bank-grade encryption, audit log on every state-changing action, anomaly detection scans for unusual access patterns. We've done four rounds of red-team review. Full security brief available on request.
